The secret………. is TOFU (gasp!)
Does tofu have a bad rap?
But I don’t mind it the odd time. Like the times I choose to make this delicious pudding for a snack or dessert.
It’s so simple to make – just four ingredients. All you need is a blender or magic bullet, dessert cups or flutes, and a craving for pudding!
First, you will want to go out and purchase this :
The other tofu flavour you can get is peach mango – it’s a nice one for a more refreshing taste. Here is what you will need……
- 1/3 Cup Tofu dessert
- 1/3 Cup Cottage cheese
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp organic honey
Place all ingredients in a blender or magic bullet, and blend until smooth.
Of course, you can double this recipe, but if you do, just double the tofu and cottage cheese (unless you like it really sweet). Place in dessert cups of flutes, and place in refrigerator for at least 1/2 hour. Top it off with some fresh fruit, and there you have a protein filled healthy dessert or snack!
